Description
An iconic nebula pair in the constellation Cygnus high in the summer sky in the northern hemisphere, the NAm and Pelican as they are called are a pair of hydrogen emission nebulae where star formation is taking place. Perhaps someday as the temperatures cool there as star formation wanes, planets and stars will form deep in the dark of those dusty clouds.
